Get your GloriaFood menu out, in about a minute

Paste your Fetch Menu key and we’ll read your menu back to you — every category, item, size and option group, with the rules that make them work. See it first, then take the file. It’s yours, and it works anywhere.

In GloriaFood: Others (the “…” icon) → 3rd party integrations → Enabled integrations → “Fetch Menu” → generate. We use it once to read your menu. We never store it, never log it, and it only ever grants read access to your own menu.

Prefer to do it yourself? The manual instructions take about two minutes and need no tool at all.

What you get

The whole menu tree, not a summary

Everything priced

Categories, items, descriptions, sizes and prices, exactly as GloriaFood holds them. Nothing rounded, nothing renamed.

The rules, intact

Option groups with their required, min and max settings — including groups attached to a size, which is how a 9" and a 14" pizza offer different toppings. Most tools flatten that and lose it.

What it can’t include

Dish photos. GloriaFood’s own docs say they’re not in the payload, so no tool can fetch them. The full list of what transfers →

FAQ

Before you paste anything

Is it safe to paste my GloriaFood API key here?

The key is used once to read your menu and is never stored, never written to our logs, and never sent back in any response. A GloriaFood Fetch Menu key only grants read access to your own menu — it cannot place orders, change anything, or reach the rest of your account. You can regenerate it in GloriaFood at any time.

Do I have to give my email to get the file?

To download the full JSON, yes. The preview — item and category counts plus a sample of your own dish names — costs nothing and needs no email, so you can confirm it works before deciding.

Do I have to switch to Ontabee to use this?

No. The file is yours and it works as the starting point for any platform. The step-by-step guide is written to work whether or not you ever talk to us.

Why does it sometimes say the preview is busy?

We cap how often this tool talks to GloriaFood so it can never get in the way of restaurants already migrating. If you hit the cap, wait a few minutes or follow the manual instructions, which take about two minutes.

Does this include my dish photos?

No, and no tool can. GloriaFood’s own documentation states item photos are not included in the menu payload, so they have to be saved from the Menu Editor by hand.
