Restaurants that made the move

Real names, real numbers — no invented testimonials. As restaurants migrate and share their results, their stories land here.

No stories yet

Nobody has moved yet, so there is nothing to quote.

We’d rather show a blank space than a fake review, and this page will stay empty of names until a real restaurant is happy to be one. What we can show you is exactly what the move involves — because that is documented, and you can check it against GloriaFood’s own API docs before you trust a word of it.

What actually happens

Four steps, and most restaurants are live the same day

1

Generate your menu key

In GloriaFood: Admin → Others → 3rd party integrations → “Fetch Menu”. It takes about a minute, and it is their own official export path — not a scraper.

2

Paste it into Ontabee

We read the menu straight from GloriaFood’s API. Nothing is retyped, and your GloriaFood site keeps taking orders the whole time.

3

See what came across before committing

You get the counts and a sample of your own category and item names first. If the import looks wrong, you have lost nothing but a minute.

4

Rebuild the rest with us, then switch your links

Delivery zones, hours, fees and tax are set up alongside you. You move your links over when you are ready, not when we are.

The honest split

Eight things land on their own. Eight you rebuild. Two never come at all.

Imported automatically

Categories, items, descriptions and prices, sizes, option groups, options and their price deltas, size-level option groups, availability windows and currency — all of it is in GloriaFood’s documented Fetch Menu payload.

Rebuilt with you

Item photos are not in that payload — GloriaFood documents this itself. Nor are delivery zones, opening hours and prep times, delivery fees and minimums, tax settings, payment configuration or promotions. Your customers and order history export as CSV from the GloriaFood admin.

Doesn’t transfer

Your GloriaFood website itself, and any reviews collected on it. Nothing can move those, and any platform telling you otherwise is overselling.

The full line-by-line breakdown is on what transfers and what doesn’t, with GloriaFood’s own documentation cited against each row.

Move while there is no queue, and if it goes well we’ll ask — not assume — whether we can write it up with your real numbers. See how migration works.
