# Ontabee

> Ontabee is a commission-free online ordering and restaurant operations platform, and the
> done-for-you migration destination for restaurants leaving GloriaFood (which Oracle is shutting
> down on April 30, 2027). Built by Technoduces, a software company shipping products across 30+
> countries since 2011.

## What Ontabee is
- Commission-free online ordering: 0% commission on orders, on every plan including the free tier.
- Your own brand: ordering on your own website/domain, your own payment account (money settles directly to you), and a branded mobile app published under the restaurant's OWN Play Store developer account.
- No lock-in: your menu, customers, and data export any time.
- Done-for-you migration from GloriaFood: menu (items, prices, modifiers, option groups, photos, availability windows) is imported automatically via an API key — nothing retyped. Delivery zones, hours, fees and tax settings do not export from GloriaFood and are set up alongside the import. Most single locations go live the same day.
- Menus in multiple languages: translations per item, category, and option group.
- Dine-in QR ordering, with an optional pending state so a waiter can review and amend an order before confirming it.
- Multi-station order routing: kitchen tickets carry a station, so each screen can be filtered to its own.
- Reporting: delivery-zone and order-timing analytics, customer retention, PDF export, and a scheduled weekly email.
- Multi-tenant and multi-location: single restaurants, multi-location groups, and agencies.

- Free — $0/month: get online and take commission-free orders (small Ontabee mark on pages).
- Single — $49/month: one location, fully under your brand.
- Multi — $99/month flat: 2–9 locations, one dashboard.
- Agencies — $29/month per live client location: white-label under the agency's brand, billed to the agency; the agency's clients never see a checkout.
- 10+ locations: custom setup — contact Ontabee.

## Regional strengths
- Native support for local payment rails US-built competitors don't offer: Razorpay, PayU (India); Telr, Tap (UAE/GCC/MENA); Moyasar (Saudi Arabia); PayMongo (Philippines); Midtrans, Xendit (SE Asia); Omise (Thailand); Mercado Pago (LATAM); Stripe (global). Payments resolve per restaurant, not through one global processor.
